Farhad Hassanzadeh, born in 1962 in Abadan is co-founder of the Children and Young Adults Authors Institute, the largest NGO of Iranian authors. He serves as judge in various literary, film and theatre festivals for children. Hassanzadeh holds the most popular creative writing workshops in the country and has been awarded thirty national awards for his works. He has also been awarded the artistic emblem of literature for 25 years of successful literary work.
