Scottish Children’s Book Awards 2013 Shortlist is announced at The Royal Botanic Garden in Edinburgh. Pupils across Scotland will read the three books in their age category and vote for their favourite, with the winners announced by Scottish Book Trust on 5 March 2014

Jasmine Fassl, Head of Schools at Scottish Book Trust said:

“These awards are fantastic because not only do they recognise the fruits of the author's labours, but the process of reading, debating, voting and watching the awards ceremony also gets children across the country really excited about books.”
