National Trust undated handout photo of Rudyard Kipling's children (from left) Josephine, John and Elsie. An inscribed first edition of Kipling's The Jungle Book was found at the former home of one of the writer's daughters. The book, published in 1894, was found in the library at Wimpole Hall, a stately home near Cambridge owned by the National Trust. Kipling wrote an inscription to his youngest daughter, Josephine, who died of pneumonia in 1899 aged six, said trust officials.
